CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
- This event is an official meet and is open to all Competitive swimmers registered in the SNZ database as financial at the time of the meet.
- Entries close Sunday23 November 2025, 23:59pm. Entries must be submitted online via Fastlane, no late entries will be accepted. Age is at the day of meet.
- The meet will be swum under the current WA and SNZ rules except where local meet rules and conditions apply. This is a short course meet.
- All events will be swum as mixed gender timed finals with over-the-top starts. Marshalling will be in place.
- Individual entry fees are $8.00 per event with a limit of 5 events.
- FASC reserves the right to limit entries or alter the programme should the needarise.200m and 400m may be limited if excessive entries are received. 25m events are restricted to swimmers 10 years and under.
- No refunds will be considered after the psych sheets have been published unless accompanied by a medical certificate.
- FASC will not be liable for any loss or damage during the meet.
- All participants agree to comply with sports anti-doping rules.
- There will be an officials’ break of 20 minutes after event 12.
- Medals will be awarded for 1st, 2nd and 3rd in the following age groups:
o 25m events – 8 and under, 9-10years
o 50m and 100m events – 8 and under, 9-10years, 11-12years, 13-14years, 15 and over
o 200m and 400m events – 12 and under,13-14years,15and over
o Open multi-class
- Any club may enter the Foxton Cups and Monk Cup relay events, however only Manawatū clubs will earn points towards the respective cups. The Monk Cup relay team requires 2male and 2 female swimmers.
- Swimmers must swim at least 1 individual event to be eligible to swim relays.
- Ribbons will be awarded to Relay Teams that are 1st, 2nd and 3rd on the day, whether Manawatū clubs or not.
- It would be appreciated if NTs could be accompanied by an email with estimate SC times.
- Admission to Makino Aquatic Centre is free / no spectator charge. Seating is minimal, and it is advisable to bring a chair. Programmes provided for team managers.
- FASC will endeavour to provide some timekeepers; however we ask that clubs provide 1 timekeeper per 4 swimmers entered, to ensure a successful meet.
